本ページはプライバシーポリシーの一部です。「暖簾AI ネット集客総合管理AI」（以下「本サービス」）の運用アプリで、利用者が「Googleでつなぐ」を押して自分のGoogleアカウントの利用を許可したときに、本サービスが受け取るデータと、その使い道・保存・解除の方法を定めます。
1. 受け取るデータ
Googleアカウント
- 許可したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレス（どのアカウントでつないだかを画面に表示するため）
Google Search Console
- 許可したアカウントで管理しているサイト（プロパティ）の一覧
- 利用者のサイトの検索での表示回数、クリック数、掲載順位、検索語句、ページごとの数値
- ページの登録状況（URL検査の結果）
Googleアナリティクス
- 許可したアカウントで見られるアカウント、プロパティ、ウェブストリームの一覧
- 利用者のサイトの訪問数、利用者数、流入元、ページごとの数値、問い合わせ等のイベントの数
利用者が「暖簾AIで作る」を選んだ場合
- サイトの所有確認に使う確認コード（Googleが発行するもの）と、確認の結果
- Search Consoleへのサイトの追加、Googleアナリティクスのプロパティとウェブストリームの作成（利用者のGoogleアカウントの名義で作成します）
- 作成したウェブストリームの測定ID（利用者のサイトに計測タグを置くため）
2. 使い道
- 利用者本人の運用アプリの画面に、検索とアクセスの実績を表示するため
- 利用者のサイトの改善点の提示、月次の報告、記事の題材の選定のため
- 利用者のサイトの検索エンジンへのサイトマップの送信のため
- 利用者が選んだ場合に、上記1のとおりSearch Consoleとアナリティクスを作成し、利用者のサイトにつなぐため
記事の作成、ページの説明文の下書き、改善点の文の作成を行う場合、必要な検索語句と、サイトの検索・アクセスの数値の一部をAI提供元へ送ることがあります。AIチャットには、Googleから受け取ったデータを送りません。送り先は、入力をモデルの学習に使わない提供元だけです（プライバシーポリシー3.）。
3. しないこと
- 受け取ったデータを、上記2以外の目的に使いません。
- 受け取ったデータを販売しません。広告の配信、広告のための利用者の分析、与信の判断には使いません。
- 受け取ったデータを、AIモデルの学習（特定の利用者に限らない汎用のモデル）に使いません。
- 受け取ったデータを第三者へ渡しません。ただし、本サービスの提供に必要な委託先（プライバシーポリシー3.）、法令に基づく場合、事業の承継の場合を除きます。
- 運営者が受け取ったデータを人の目で読むのは、利用者の同意がある場合、不正利用やセキュリティの調査に必要な場合、法令に基づく場合、または個人や事業者を特定しない集計に加工した場合に限ります。
4. 保存と削除
- Googleから受け取った許可の情報（更新用のトークン）は暗号化して保存します。暗号の鍵はデータと別の場所に保管します。
- 検索とアクセスの数値は、表示と報告のために保存します。解約・退会の後は、プライバシーポリシー8.に従って削除します。
5. つなぐのをやめるには
- 運用アプリの「サイト連携」で「接続を解除」を押すと、保存している許可の情報を消し、Google側の許可も取り消します。
- Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からも、いつでも取り消せます。
- 「暖簾AIで作る」で作成したSearch Consoleとアナリティクスは利用者のGoogleアカウントの物です。解除した後も利用者の手元に残ります。
6. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー
本サービスがGoogle APIから受け取った情報の利用と、他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定的な使用の要件を含む）に従います。
7. Summary in English
This page is part of the privacy policy of NOREN AI (noren-ai.jp). When a user presses “Connect with Google” in the NOREN AI app, the app requests access to the user’s Google Search Console data (sites, search performance, URL inspection) and Google Analytics data (accounts, properties, web streams, reports), plus the user’s email address to show which account is connected. If the user chooses “Create with NOREN AI”, the app also uses Site Verification to verify the user’s own website and creates a Search Console property and a Google Analytics property and web stream in the user’s own Google account.
The data is used only to show the user their own search and traffic results, to suggest improvements, to prepare monthly reports, to pick article topics and to submit sitemaps for the user’s website. NOREN AI does not sell the data, does not use it for advertising or credit decisions, does not use it to train generalized AI models, and does not transfer it to third parties except service providers needed to run the service, as required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Humans read the data only with the user’s consent, for security investigations, to comply with law, or after aggregation and anonymization.
Refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Users can disconnect at any time in the app (“接続を解除”), which deletes the stored token and revokes access, or from their Google Account’s third-party connections page.
NOREN AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
